T-Training & E-Learning
The combination of T-Training and E-Learning is the best possible preparation for the power plant shift supervisor course and other training courses. Participants are primed for their upcoming instruction comprehensively, with differentiated, cutting-edge information, laying the groundwork for a successful completion of their training.

T-Training
T-Training is a correspondence course that enables participants to brush up their know-how as power plant operators or other skills and bring it up to date by means of four or eight instruction papers. The contents of such papers cover all relevant Certified Power Plant Shift Supervisor training topics and require participants to self-study textbooks in preparation and work out subject-related quizzes. Expert tutors revise and annotate the results returned, examine existing knowledge, uncover deficits and make recommendations for possible training amendments. Participants have two weeks to complete and return each instruction paper.
E-Learning
E-Learning is an ultra-modern, result-getting instruction program. KWS POWERTECH TRAINING CENTER offers this modular training course for the topics of German, Basic Computing and Control Technology. Trainee and trainer are linked via the internet.
The training modules convey segmented, up-to-the-minute contents of respective topics audio-visually, enabling the participant to verify learning progress anywhere, anytime and as intense as he or she desires.
Since the modular training programs demand a participant’s absolute commitment, it is imperative to time-plan such a course well in advance and with circumspection. Working on a sequence of modules week after week, memorizing their contents, doing homework and meeting internet chat requirements can quickly become very time-consuming depending on the desired number of E-Learning topics. This makes a possible advance scaling of such programs not only desirable, but indispensable in order to ensure that time and brainpower demands do not overstress the trainee.
T-Training and E-Learning are the optimum trainee prep for their schooling at KWS.
Forward-looking time management is the key to success.
