Faculty

The yardstick of any educational institution is the quality of its faculty. KWS Energy Knowledge currently employs 31 full-time and approx. 250 part-time instructors and lecturers, all of them highly skilled and experienced in their fields of expertise. KWS’s teachers are no ivory tower philosophers, but possess substantial professional and personal real-life experience because they have spent significant parts of their adult lives outside the educational system.

Needless to say, all KWS faculty members undergo continuous “train the trainer” instruction to constantly update and refine their cutting-edge didactical skills. Such skills are at least as important as a teacher’s technical expertise.
